Costa Blanca Scenery and Culture
Outwith the larger cities and towns, the Costa Blanca has some of the most picturesque scenery in Europe. North of Benidorm are wonderful jagged mountain ranges. The lower slopes of these have been beautifully terraced – evidence of landscaping done in Moorish times. The panoramic views from the mountains of the Mediterranean sea and even as far as the Balearic Islands are breathtaking.

Costa Blanca Climate
With over 300 days of sunshine annually, the Costa Blanca has the perfect climate all year round. Sunshine is almost constant from April to October, and even in winter temperatures remain very mild at around 16 degrees celcius. The air is mild and dry and its healing properties are recommended by physicians for people suffering from rheumatism, arthritis, and heart and circulation problems.

Costa Blanca Infrastructure
Property prices are still affordable despite increases elsewhere in Spain. High rise buildings and tower blocks are confined to the tourism centre, Benidorm, and the capital of the area, Alicante, and outwith the main population centres hidden gems can be found, from villas in small sun drenched hamlets to fincas tucked away in stunning rustic valleys.
